It's Snowing in Texas!

So apparently, there is this white stuff that falls from the sky and accumulates on the ground.  Back home, in Lake Charles, we have heard of this phenomenon, and even claim to have experienced it, but it was really more like an icy slush, or sneaux.  What is this cold, powdery, precipitation you ask?

SNOW!!!
